DV2901 A Tuck, Roll and Flex - Research in to other showreels

Today I have been looking at showreels and other character animations to see what other student in my position have done.

These are all showreels that have character animation in it, and with every character the detail is minimal. This is a good thing with the animation itself because you don't focus on the character itself but on the movement. With this I think I want to create a simpler character design instead, this will help me focus on the movement itself. I said from the beginning that my idea would be too complicated but I can still create a simpler version to still show the movement.

As seen in the showreels there are two different humanoid characters one is a normal human with a bit of tight clothing and theres a robot. These two simple characters are used very well and when I think about my animation I think that creating a robot would be easier then my first idea, and later on re work on it and create it better in my own time.
